I've had as many mixtapes based on breakups as I've had loves. And that's allot, suffice to say. So I know all the usual suspects, but never have I done one from the other side. From the dumper. This mix is basically a Fuck You, Good Riddance collection. Meant to be a bit painful, a bit fun. Steered away from but didn't fully avoid the maudlin. Pay special attention to the Richard and Linda Thompson tracks. Their album Shoot Out the Lights was made as they were in the middle of their bloody divorce. If you're not familiar, its one of the rawest and uncomfortable albums ever made.
