Colin's Mixtape Challenge 8 - Babes

This challenge was especially hard for me - Diva's and Drama queens aren't really my bag. I tried a slightly different take for most of the songs - pick songs that I would want my daughter to listen to, should I ever have one. Probably the biggest anthem for this one is "Fuckin' Perfect" -- a great song and great message. Maybe I'd play the Ke$ha song a little later in her life.

The last song is an exception to it all -- a song I love and tacked it on because I felt it was a nice twist to the whole album.

Boris' Mixtape Challenge 8 - I Deserve Being Celebrated

Jeff's Mixtape Challenge 8: Prima Donna

I took the assignment fairly literally, and set out to compile songs from recent Divas and Drama Queens. You have to think of Aretha Franklin and Diana Ross on the one end, and Lady Gaga and Britney Spears on the other. In the end, I think it makes a decent background mix for a dinner party. Enjoy!
